Altitude sickness
Trekkers taking this high-altitude trek are prone to this acute mountain sickness. Low levels of oxygen in the atmosphere cause this sickness in high-altitude regions. It depends upon the trekker's ability to adapt to these conditions from low-level conditions in a short amount of time.

Trekkers will also have to trek for a long duration, around five to six hours. These conditions also get even more challenging in bad weather conditions with heavy rainfall, heavy snow, landslides, etc. Hence, proper fitness and stamina will help you through these terrains in the remote region.
Accommodations
The facilities for stay and meals in these terrains are pretty basic. You will not get anything fancy in these terrains regarding food and accommodation. Food ingredients in these high altitudes need to get transported with the help of either porters or yaks.
Hence, it is not feasible to get the best variety of foods on these terrains. Besides that, the place of stay in these terrains is in the teahouse. They offer a simple room with beds, pillows, and blankets. The services cannot compare to what you will get in the cities like Kathmandu and Pokhara. Hence, it is a difficulty along these trails.
