Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome to the beautiful country, Nepal. Upon our Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, we will be welcomed by a representative from Nepal Eco Adventure. We will be transferred to our hotel in Kathmandu. After the hotel Check in we will be free to explore the vibrant surrounding or rest in the comfort of our hotels.Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 2
Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu

An exciting guided city tour will await us today. Kathmandu is known for its UNESCO listed world heritage sites. This is a perfect day to visit these cultural heritages of Kathmandu. Kathmandu Durbar Square showcases the rich ancient Nepalese art and architecture. The courtyard, temples and the palaces in the Durbar Square will make us feel like we have travelled centuries back in time. The temples like Swayambhunath, Boudhanath and Pashupatinath in Kathmandu boasts the rich culture and architecture of the country. The temples are the perfect example of harmoniously coexisting Hindu and Buddhist culture in the valley. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 3
Drive to Pokhara

We will start our day early to prepare ourselves for the a seven hour long road trip to Pokhara. We will enjoy the beautiful hills, gorges, rivers and nearby villages along our way to the scenic city of Pokhara. Pokhara is a beautiful lake city blossoming under the shadow of more stunning snow capped mountains. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 4
Drive to Nayapul and trek to Hile

We will start our day early and take an hour long drive to Nayapul, from where we will commence our Ghorepani-Poonhill-trekking. After a short walk we will cross a suspension bridge and follow the bank of the Modi River to Birethanti. From there, the trail continues through the village and follows the north bank of the BhurungdiKhola. The trail traverses a bamboo forest and passes several water streams and waterfalls. After some steady ascend, we will reach the village of Hile. Overnight at Hile.

Day 5
Trek to Ghorepani

After a hearty breakfast at Hilewe will start our walk to Ghorepani, a charming Gurung village amidst of the Himalayas. We cross several small streams and continue ascending the stone staircases to reach the village of Uleri. At Uleri, we will be welcomed with stunning mountain views of Annapurna South, Himchuli and Mount Machhapuchre. We continue our walk through the oak and Rhodendron forest to reach Ghorepani. Overnight at Ghoreppani.

Day 6
Trek to Poonhill and back to Nayapul then drive to Pokhara

Early at dawn, we ascend to Poon Hill to catch the spectacular sunrise over the whole Annapurna and Dhaulagiri massifs and surrounding rice terraces. The view from Poonhill is one of the most appreciated views of the Himalayas. After relishing the magnificent sunrise view, we will return back to Ghorepani where we will have our breakfast. After the breakfast,we will retrace our way back to Nayapul through the bamboo forest. Our transport awaits us at Nayapul for our drive back to the beautiful Pokhara City. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 7
Drive back to Kathmandu

We will start our day early as we prepare for a seven hour drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu. We will enjoy the beautiful villages, hills and rivers along the our way back. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we will be escorted to our hotel; and we can spend the afternoon leisurely, perhaps by catching up on some last minute souvenir shopping.

Day 8
Final departure from kathmandu.

Our journey in Nepal comes to an end today! A representative from Nepal Eco Adventure will help us with the transfer to the Airport for our flight back home. We will playback the wonderful memories from our amazing adventure in the Himalayas as we fly back.Nepal Eco Adventure will love to serve you with amazing trekking tour packages in Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan in the future.
