1. Trekking

Others like Bhote Koshi, Karnali and Sun Koshi see grade 4-6 rapids. Again, there are only two bungee jumping spots in Nepal but both are one of the bests. Another, in Pokhara, is quiet new but the 70m drop into a natural pond is the longest water touch bungee in the world.
6. Rock climbing
Kathmandu is surrounded by rock climbing sites. The level ranges from beginners to expert. There are some indoors wall climbing as well. There are several places in Pokhara and in Everest region too. Rock climbing can be combined with hiking, bird watching or nature tour.
7. Paragliding/ Parahawking
Soar like a bird. Paraglide or, better yet, parahawk. You might be familiar with paragliding. What parahawking does is it combines paragliding with falconry. It first started in Pokhara, Nepal. You follow trained birds of prey and can even feed them! For paragliding, many new places are being discovered. Pokhara is the most popular though, probably because of its scenic beauty. Try skydiving in Pokhara. It is pretty standard. The other skydiving is the exclusive Everest Skydive which may not be everyone’s cup of tea. It is expensive and needs earlier booking.

Nepal is justly becoming more popular with the mountain bikers. There are thousands of crazy amazing trails going up and down. Mustang in Annapurna region appears to be the favorite choice.
